The hard suspension arm is recommended for low traction conditions and lower ambient temperatures. The increased flex of the material generates more rear traction, which makes the car easier to drive, when maximum mechanical grip is desired.
The arm is shorter, which increases rear end rotation. It is recommended for use on tracks where extra rotation from the rear axle is required.
