Medium setting - The carbon front brace is mounted to the front carbon brace by small posts that raise the brace and makes the front suspension stiffer. Provides a good balance between initial response and mechanical traction. Best option for most conditions.

Stiff setting - The carbon brace is directly attached to the front carbon arm. Makes the car the most responsive, but also takes away a bit of mechanical traction. Best suited for high bite condition.
